What is a Sound Field
System? |
|
| In short, a sound system for a classroom.... | |
Soundfield systems provide subtle amplification in a classroom environment and are designed to improve speech intelligibility. The TeachEasy Soundfield system amplifies the wide natural dynamics of the voice without any distortion. Natural speech reproduction demands a wide frequency response throughout the entire transmission chain. The highest quality microphone, emitter, receiver, and loudspeakers are essential to ensure that the full vocal range is reproduced. |

| A suitable choice of loudspeakers is critical to realise the full benefits of Soundfield amplification. Loudspeakers with no inherent noise, specifically designed for speech intelligibility and uniform distribution of sound in classroom-sized spaces are necessary. Infra Red technology allows for interference-free operation of multiple Soundfield systems in one school building. An extensive range of accessories enables the Soundfield system to
be adapted to a wide range of applications. The robust components of
the TeachEasy system are designed to withstand the wear and tear of
classroom use. To allow for multipurpose use, the system is fitted with
additional input sockets for connecting audiovisual equipment such as
tape recorders or TV’s. In addition it is possible to connect
the personal FM system of a hearing-impaired child or a Radio transmission
system for hearing aid users. |
